Search Gene of Interests

Whole Pharmacogenomics Scan (WPSTM) is the most comprehensive PGx test. Search in the below WPS gene-drug evidence database* to find the genes of interests and the level of evidence*.

Due to the large scope of the test, only the gene/drug pairs with CPIC level are shown. If the genes you are interested in are not shown in the list, there is a good chance that they are still included in the WPS. Please contact us to determine whether WPS tests the genes you are interested in.

*Please contact us to determine whether the variants of each gene associated with the drug of your interests are included in the test.

Disclaimer

*The WPS gene-drug database is created based on the Clinical Pharmacogenomics Implementation Consortium (CPIC) Gene-Drug table. Please be noted that only the genes tested by WPS are shown in the database.

According to CPIC, “only CPIC level A and B gene/drug pairs have sufficient evidence for at least one prescribing action to be recommended. CPIC level C and D gene/drug pairs are not considered to have adequate evidence or actionability to have prescribing recommendations”. However, “the levels (A, B, C, and D) assigned are subject to change. Only those gene/drug pairs that have been the subject of guidelines have had sufficient in-depth review of evidence to provide definitive CPIC level assignments.”

Please return and check the database regularly for the latest updates on the gene-drug information.
