Institutional Billing (Fee-for-service)
Typically, an invoice will be sent to the ordering institution on the month following a patient’s sample being processed and reported. The institution can expect a cumulative invoice of all patients whose samples were processed during the previous month. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail provided on the Customer Onboarding Form. Please contact us for more information.

RPRD strives to provide high quality yet affordable pharmacogenomics testing to anyone who need it. That is why we offer self-pay option to the US residents. Please note that a patient’s sample will not be processed until payment is collected. We accept payments from all major credit cards and U.S. Health Saving Accounts (HSAs).
